Chef Mike is back with "Noches en Tejas": a menu inspired by central Mexico and working with the new season of Texas products available now that Spring (and the bluebonnets) are in full bloom! Come enjoy bold flavors and Tia's always refreshing drink menu!

Lengua Molote (similar to empenada) | escabeche | hoja santa y aguacate salsa | crema agria de cabra

Huitlacoche creme | masa flan | puffed amaranth
