Chef Mike is back with "Noches en Tejas": a menu inspired by central Mexico and working with the new season of Texas products available now that Spring (and the bluebonnets) are in full bloom! Come enjoy bold flavors and Tia's always refreshing drink menu!

Vagabond Inaugural Dinner

Our premiere Vagabond Dinner will take place October 12 in the vicinity of downtown Dallas and will feature multiple courses by Chefs Mike Kelley & Chris Waltman reflecting the natural bounty of our region.

October 12th - Hill Country Italian

We are exploring the bounty of the Texas Hill Country and regional similarities of areas in Italy and their cuisine.

Menu details are being kept slightly under wraps to allow for the freshest sourcing of ingredients and to encourage our guests to enjoy their dinner in the moment.
